Welcome! Thank you for visiting the official website of the United Progressive Association of Alsip (UPAA).

This site was created to provide Alsip residents with information regarding the UPAA, to keep residents updated on our Village government and to provide e-mail access to UP leadership.

Mission Statement

Our purpose is to promote the welfare of the community and its posterity by advancing its civic, social, economic and cultural development. Our organization also exists to plan, foster and promote political principles, policies, procedures and candidates compatible with the provisions of the Constitution of the United States.
